Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a credit card to make an equipment rental reservation?
    No. We will need your basic contact information so we can enter the reservation into our computer system.
  • How do I make an equipment rental reservation?
    We can take reservations in person at our store, or over the phone by calling us at 845-794-0100. Please ask us about pricing and availability when calling. We will need some basic contact information for new customers.
  • How far in advance can I make an equipment rental reservation?
    We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance, but usually a few weeks is all that is necessary for equipment rentals. We highly recommend you make a reservations as far ahead as possible. Equipment rentals do not require any deposit but we require a non-refundable deposit on party rental items that must be paid at least 4 weeks before the event in order to hold the reservation.
  • If I need to cancel my reservation will I be charged a cancellation fee?
    We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so someone else can use the equipment! 24 hours in advance is preferrable. Tent rentals are subject to a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
  • Do you deliver equipment or can I pick it up?
    Yes and Yes. Please be sure to know the towing capacity of your vehicle/trailer and have the correct hitch and light connections. Most of our equipment uses either a 2 inch ball hitch or a pintle hook. We stock all of the accessories you need for towing in our salesroom in additional to having the available for rent.
