Party and Tent Rentals
Differ from our normal rental pricing and procedures. Party rentals are on a 'per-event' basis, you will generally have the rental items for several days. All prices include set-up and delivery, except where noted. Please note: all deliveries subject to a fuel adjustment surcharge (fuel is expensive for everyone, including us).

For a Weekend Event
We will block out all of your items from Wednesday to Tuesday, ensuring nothing is double-booked.
    Tents are Set-Up
        Between Tuesday and Friday, AT OUR CONVENIENCE (for logistics and weather reasons)
    And Taken Down
        Usually on the following Monday or Tuesday (weather permitting).

A few important points concerning Tent & Party Rentals:

• All tent reservations require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.
• There will be a nominal fuel adjustment charge for tent deliveries. Typically between $10 and $40 dollars.
• Full payment for your tent rental or delivery must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• We will require someone to accept delivery and specify the location of the tent and or dance floor or have the site marked out with stakes. You will be Charged if we must move the Tent or Dance Floor after the inital set-up.
• If you have rented tent lighting, we will install them and run extension cords to the edge of the tent.
• If you have rented tables and chairs they will NOT be set up, they will be placed in stacks under the tent. We excpect them to be placed in stacks when we come to pick them up, or else you will be charged.
• If you have rented tableware or dishware we expect them to rinsed and food particles removed, charges will be applied if you fail to rinse them for excessive cleaning (This presents a Health & Safety Hazard for our Workers).
• If you rent a tent from us we will deliver all of your additional rental items for no additional charge. All of the rental items will be delivered with the tent.
• We unfortunately have limited flexibility for scheduling tent deliveries, it is highly dependent on the weather and rental schedule of the tent.
• We do not set up or deliver on the weekends.

Set-Up Location Information:

• Tents, dance floor, and tent flooring will be set up at the customer specified location.
• We must be able to drive our trucks to the location.
  • We can deal with a mild grade for tents
  • Dance floor and Tent Flooring require flat ground.
• An ideal set-up would have twice the size of the tent ground area to facilitate set-up
